How to get Involved

The Waterbury Festival Players fill all of our positions from a working list. We do not have auditions for each show. If you would like to get on the list please send us the following information: A resume' of your theatrical work experience. Actors include a physical description, any special skills and if possible send a recent photo.

Please remember, the Waterbury Festival Players are dedicated to helping local people develop their talent, so if you are interested send us what you have, even if it is only a little.

Once you have sent us your information we may contact you for an audition or interview. If you are contacted or not keep us up to date on where you are performing. We like to make a point of seeing you in action.

There are a variety of ways to get involved with the Waterbury Festival Players and the Gingersnap Players. The main areas are broken into three categories:

Volunteers
Volunteers are asked primarily to Usher and Sell Concessions. If you want to be involved and have a talent that you think we might be able to use, then we welcome you getting in touch with us. Contact Page

Artistic
This includes Actors, Directors, Assistant Directors, and Designers (Lighting, Costumes, Sets, Properties).

Paid Positions
There are three paid positions with the Waterbury Festival Players. They are House Manager, Stage Manager, and Lighting Operator.
